Featuring 4,500m2 of warehousing space, 700m2 showroom and main office, a specialised tile cutting area, and four at-grade loading docks, the facility will allow The Pool Tile Company ample space to cater for large-scale projects alongside smaller custom-made requests with room to grow into the future.
With external roller shutters and 10 per cent of the roof made from translucent sheeting, the facility has been designed to not only maximise sustainability but to create the perfect environment to view The Pool Tile Company’s extensive range of pool tiles and pavers.
The site of the company’s headquarters has been strategically selected for its proximity to freight hubs, major arterial and access roads.
