BAC has seen a high demand for industrial developments, with market evidence from Knight Frank’s National Industrial Report August 2021 confirming that Brisbane vacancy rates for new and speculative projects are continuing to accelerate. For this reason, BAC has taken this opportunity to develop a proactive speculative warehouse next to a secured lease.

The scope of works for this 5,760 m² facility will include a contemporary office and warehouse, 62 at grade, onsite car bays servicing the proactive development, and associated hardstands. With development opportunities becoming harder to find in the Trade Coast and the site’s prime location and connectivity to major arterial roads, this site will be attractive to prospective tenants looking to secure a lease upon the completion of this project in late 2022.
