As a long-term tenant at Brisbane Airport, the growth of e-commerce has led to the need for an expansion of DHL’s existing facility on Boronia Drive.
BNE Property has delivered an additional 6,049m2 of warehousing space and a 400m2 commercial office that will allow DHL to meet increased online demand and maximise operational efficiencies.
Located within the Da Vinci precinct at Brisbane Airport, the facility features several sustainability features to minimise the use of energy and water. LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, and translucent sheeting covering 10 percent of the roof will all contribute to cost and resource savings.
